Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Jodie Parrack State Farm. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·    Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
·    Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
·    Assist clients with inquiries, providing information about insurance products and services.
·    Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office.
·    Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
·    Process incoming and outgoing mail.
·    Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, shredding and document preparation.
·    Support the team with various office tasks as needed.
·    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

·    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
·    Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
·    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
·    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
·    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
·    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
·    Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.

Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
